You know how horrific it smells when you walk into the men's room at an NFL football stadium in the fourth quarter? That's the kind of smell I'm getting from the Obama Government right now after Barack has made it clear that he wants to attack Syria and ultimately remove Assad. But the real question is, why?
Does anyone really believe that the U.S. can prove that the Syrian military used chemical weapons against the rebel forces? To begin with, based on everything I've read, IF chemical weapons were deployed, it's impossible to know if they came from the Syrian military or the rebels. But just to remind everyone, the rebel forces are being led by Al Qaida and have been heavily funded, armed and trained by both Saudi Arabia and the United States. The latter is a fact that the U.S. can not deny.
How absurd is it that the U.S. is conducting a trillion dollar "war on terror" against Al Qaida around the globe and yet it is funding and supporting them in Syria? It's so absurd that you couldn't begin to make that up. But why?
First off, let's completely dispel the cover story of chemical weapons use. The evidence is flimsy and 100% hear-say. Maybe they were used, maybe not. But which side used them is impossible to know for sure, although, as I'll show in a minute, the motive for staging the use of chemicals was a lot greater for the Saudi/U.S. coalition. This reminds me 100% of the Bush regime argument for going to war in Iraq, which we know for a fact was complete lie. Colin Powell lied to the world and he knows it and we know it.
Second, check out this photograph of John Kerry having a cosy dinner with Assad and their respective wives in 2009: LINK Keep in mind this the same person that Kerry just referred to as "Hitler."
Finally, what's the U.S. motive? It's never really for "humanitarian" reasons. After all, regardless of which side flung the alleged chemicals, there's no do doubt that the U.S.' strategic bombing of Syria will yield many more multiples of casualties - military and civilian - than occurred from the alleged use of chemical weapons.
However, I have found that beneath the surface reasons for every war in history there has always been economic reasons embedded as the root cause. Every single one. As it turns out, not surprisingly, this one is over energy. Natural gas pipelines. Read this if you don't believe me - and this is not the first source from which I've read this but it's laid out nicely here: LINK
The real reason for the U.S. involvement is that both Saudi Arabia and Qatar want to tighten their control of the flow of energy in the Middle East. Rest assured that there's also plenty of motive for big U.S. oil companies to make this happen.
I guess the next questions would be, who really controls the U.S. and the Obama regime? Big oil or Saudi Arabia? And does Obama really deserve that Nobel Peace Prize?
Looks like these boy's are starting to realize that they are not holding the best cards. Putin sends in some war ships,Syria backed by Iran and maybe China. The Russians also supplying the Sunburn and Onyx2 missles that can take down an aircraft carrier. Yea, looks like you might want to fold this hand.

Finally someone who gets it. Great article Golem. Being in the chemical field myself for over 30 years, this was not a nerve agent attack. I have posted this on many sites. This could be a chlorine gas that you or I could make in our homes with everyday cleaning products.
Military grade nerve agent is deadly. One drop can kill 40 people. As soon as the videos were being posted online I knew this was a bogus flag to try and get us back in yet another war. There are actually two types of agent, persistent and non-persistent. No matter the agent used a nerve agent in a residential area would need to be decontaminated. All fabrics collected, bagged and hauled off.
As soon as I watched parents and medical personnel without chemical protective gear handling corpses and treating casualties, I knew this was not a nerve agent. You see just touching a contaminated corpse or casualty can indeed and will kill you if you happen to touch contaminated clothing. Decontamination would take weeks in the residential area. No decontamination stations set up, no decontamination going on at all. What a farce. Now the world is finally waking up to the scheme.
Can you even imagine the scale of decontamination to clear up this mess? I am glad to see some people actually see through the rhetoric and use critical thinking skills.
Salute Golem and the commenters here!

How the Bank Lobby Loosened U.S. Reins on Derivatives
ReplyDeleteOne by one, Gary Gensler’s supporters deserted him. Now the chief U.S. regulator of derivatives was being summoned by Treasury Secretary Jacob J. Lew to explain why he refused to compromise.
Banks and lawmakers, as well as financial regulators from around the world, had besieged Lew with complaints about Gensler’s campaign to impose U.S. rules overseas.
The July 3 meeting in Lew’s conference room with a view of the White House grew tense, according to three people briefed on it. Gensler argued his plan was vital if the U.S. hoped to seize meaningful authority over financial instruments that helped push the global economy to the brink in 2008, taking down American International Group Inc. (AIG) and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and igniting the worst recession since the 1930s.
Lew insisted that Gensler coordinate better with the Securities and Exchange Commission, whose new chairman, Mary Jo White, was also present. Gensler, who was deep into negotiations with his European counterparts, was surprised by Lew’s demand. He’d been hearing the same request from lobbyists seeking to slow the process, and he told the Treasury chief it felt like his adversary bankers were in the room, the people said.

Wall Street’s Secret “Economic Endgame”: Making the World Safe for Banksters, Syria in the Cross-hairs
ReplyDeleteIn an August 2013 article titled “Larry Summers and the Secret ‘End-game’ Memo,” Greg Palast posted evidence of a secret late-1990s plan devised by Wall Street and U.S. Treasury officials to open banking to the lucrative derivatives business. To pull this off required the relaxation of banking regulations not just in the US but globally. The vehicle to be used was the Financial Services Agreement of the World Trade Organization.
The “end-game” would require not just coercing support among WTO members but taking down those countries refusing to join. Some key countries remained holdouts from the WTO, including Iraq, Libya, Iran and Syria. In these Islamic countries, banks are largely state-owned; and “usury” – charging rent for the “use” of money – is viewed as a sin, if not a crime. That puts them at odds with the Western model of rent extraction by private middlemen. Publicly-owned banks are also a threat to the mushrooming derivatives business, since governments with their own banks don’t need interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, or investment-grade ratings by private rating agencies in order to finance their operations.
Bank deregulation proceeded according to plan, and the government-sanctioned and -nurtured derivatives business mushroomed into a $700-plus trillion pyramid scheme. Highly leveraged, completely unregulated, and dangerously unsustainable, it collapsed in 2008 when investment bank Lehman Brothers went bankrupt, taking a large segment of the global economy with it. The countries that managed to escape were those sustained by public banking models outside the international banking net.

It amuses me (and also horrifies me) that those of us left with working brains and the ability to perceive reality, still feel it necessary to try to 'explain' the insanity that is now 'our government'.
ReplyDeleteThe only reason that is,is because the government has control of the media and is the only entity that allows its 'message' to be transmitted to the broadest audience.

"And does Obama really deserve that Nobel Peace Prize?" Does the Nobel Peace Prize really mean anything to anyone? No. It's as worthless as the grammies/mtv/dove awards to trash music and junk movies.
ReplyDeleteDoes Obama really deserve to be President? NOBODY is washinton dc deserves to be President so at least he's in common company.
I hope the younger generation breaks away from liberal/demrocatic party but where will they go? To the republican party whore? Seeing no other alternative, they will probably stay with the democrats, even if there's a military draft waiting for them (and there will be soon).
By sending american's boots to the ground, the terminally-ill US economy will slightly boost up before nose-diving.

ReplyDeleteThe hack also includes pictures of people wearing U.S. military uniforms holding signs in front of their faces reading “I will not fight for Al Qaeda” and “I didn’t join the Marine Corps to Fight for Al Qaeda in a Syrian civil war.”
The Syrian Electronic Army has claimed responsibility for hacking the New York Times, the Washington Post and other websites.

Lynn Parramore: Seven Reasons to Fight Obama on Picking Out-of-Touch Crony Capitalist Larry Summers as Fed Chair
ReplyDeleteBy Lynn Parramore, a senior editor at Alternet. Cross posted from Alternet
The Fed chairman is the most powerful official Obama will pick— directly affecting each and every wallet in America. As much as anything, this appointment will shape our country’s future.
Obama appears to want Summers, and so do the most powerful people on Wall Street. But he is not the people’s choice. Democrats who care about ordinary Americans, like Sen. Elizabeth Warren, do not want to see him controlling of one of the two most significant economic levers in the country.
In leaning toward Summers, Obama, still a relatively young man with many years ahead, seems to be more interested in his own future than our future. The big banks will reward him for backing Summers. But the American people will not forget such a betrayal.
The legacy of the next Fed chair will last long after the President leaves office. Remember Alan Greenspan? He acted as Fed chief for nearly two decades. The next chair could potentially guide America’s economy for a generation.
We can look back on Greenspan’s tenure and see the origins of many of the ills we now face, from inequality to high unemployment. If, down the road, we turn into an unstable, third-rate nation where regular people have lost faith in financial and justice systems and the rich retreat behind barbed wire, we may well look back and see in Larry Summers the genesis of that picture.
With so much at stake, let’s take a look at why all signs say that Larry Summers would be a destructive Fed chair unable to serve the people — one whose image as a serial looter of the American public no amount of whitewashing can clean.

DeleteDid The Chinese Know The Price Of Gold Was About To Drop In April?
Import didn't surge in April or in May to supply the mainland's demand, but it went up in March! China's net import from Hong Kong was 61 tons in February, in March it broke all records with 130 tons, + 113 % m/m. After this all-time import record, and the vaults of the SGE were sufficiently packed, the price of gold plunged and Chinese investors bought unparalleled amounts of physical gold on the SGE. Did "some" Chinese know what was coming? Did they instigate a price drop in the paper markets? Are the Chinese co-operating (/blackmailing with $ reserves) with western central banks to get to a desired distribution of core money in a lead-up to a new monetary order? Or was it just coincidence? We don't know, but we'll find out in coming years.

ReplyDeleteWill Congress Now Save Obama’s Face By Selling Out Democracy and the Syrian People and Setting the Stage for World War III ?
ReplyDeletePaul Craig Roberts
It is clear that the American people overwhelming oppose an attack on Syria. Whether Americans have caught on over the years to Washington’s endless war lies or whether they simply see no point to the wars and no gain to America from 12 years of costly war, I cannot say. At a time when a large percentage of Americans are having difficulty paying their mortgages, car payments, and putting food on the table, Washington’s wars seem an expensive luxury.
It is not only the civilian populations of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Syria who have suffered. Tens of thousands of America’s young have either been killed, maimed for life, or are suffering permanent post-traumatic stress. Washington’s wars have caused thousands of divorces, alcoholism, drug addiction, and homelessness for veterans who were deceived and had their humanity abused by the criminals that rule in Washington.
For Congress, allegedly the representatives of the American people, not the backstop for the executive branch’s undeclared agenda, to ignore the people’s will and to endorse a war that the American people do not support would be another decisive blow against democracy. If Congress endorses obama’s war, it will prove that American democracy is a hoax.

India's Central Bank wants details of Gold stocks with temples
ReplyDeleteMUMBAI (Scrap Register): Indian Central Bank, RBI and the Indian government are looking at the huge stock of gold lying idle at some of the country's biggest temples.
The temple boards in Kerala have received letters from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) seeking details of the stock of gold in their possession, a report quoting sources at India's famous Guruvayoor temple in Kerala.
While some of the richest temples in the country such as Tirumala Tirupati, Sree Padmanabhaswamy, Guruvayoor Shree Krishna temple, Shree Siddhivinayak and Vaishnodevi are in no mood to part with their treasure, the government is trying to coax them to release them to the market to ease the supply crunch and control dollar outflows.

ReplyDeleteThe US Government Stands Revealed to the World as a Collection of War Criminals and Liars
Paul Craig Roberts
Does the American public have the strength of character to face the fact that the US government stands before the entire world revealed as a collection of war criminals who lie every time that they open their mouth? Will Congress and the American public buy the White House lie that they must support war criminals and liars or “America will lose face”?
The obama regime’s lies are so transparent and blatant that the cautious, diplomatic President Putin of Russia lost his patience and stated the fact that we all already know: John Kerry is a liar. Putin said: “This was very unpleasant and surprising for me. We talk to them [the Americans], and we assume they are decent people, but he [Kerry] is lying and he knows that he is lying. This is sad.”
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article36117.htm
When Secretary of State Colin Powell was sent by the criminal bush regime to lie to the UN, Powell and his chief of staff claim that Powell did not know he was lying. It did not occur to the Secretary of State that the White House would send him to the UN to start a war that killed, maimed, and dispossessed millions of Iraqis on the basis of total lies.
There is not a shred of integrity in the US government. No respect for truth, justice, morality or human life. Here are two people so evil that they want to repeat in Syria what the bush war criminals did in Iraq.
